COMPATIBILITY
ecobee thermostats are compatible with most 24-volt residential heating and cooling systems, including gas, oil, electric, and dual-fuel systems. The majority of ecobee thermostat owners can power their thermostat with the common wire (C wire) or the included Power Extender Kit (PEK).
EASY TO INSTALL
Installing an ecobee thermostat is an easy process that takes about 45 minutes. If you’re lacking a C wire you can install the included Power Extender Kit (PEK) at your furnace control board and wire it in with your existing thermostat wires to create a C.

Best Thermostat I've Ever Owned!
I've tried other smart thermostats before, but the ecobee Premium is by far the best. The interface is intuitive, the features are comprehensive, and it integrates seamlessly with my smart home ecosystem. The break-in alerts are a great added security measure. I feel much safer and more comfortable in my home now.
Love the Air Quality Monitoring!
I bought this mainly for the air quality monitoring feature, and it hasn't disappointed. Living in a city, I'm always concerned about air pollution, and this gives me peace of mind. The thermostat itself is also fantastic. The display is beautiful, and I love being able to control it with Alexa. Definitely worth the investment!
