Noticeably Faster and Smoother Than My WiFi 6 Router
I upgraded from a mid-range WiFi 6 router to this WiFi 7 model, and the biggest change I see day to day is how much smoother everything is when multiple devices are hammering the network—4K streaming, online gaming, and video calls all stay stable with no random slowdowns. The 2.5G port let me finally use my faster fiber plan properly, and while the raw speed bump over WiFi 6 isn’t night-and-day for basic browsing, the consistency and lower lag absolutely made the upgrade worth it for a busy, device-heavy household.
Finally a Router That Can Keep Up With My Whole House
This thing feels genuinely faster than my old WiFi 6 router, especially when everyone’s online at once. I can game on my PC while my partner streams 4K in the living room and two Zoom calls run upstairs, and the connection stays rock solid with no stutter. Just know you still need a separate modem, but as a pure WiFi upgrade, this has been a big, noticeable step up.
My internet is now super fast
This WiFi 7 router feels legitimately faster than my old WiFi 6 unit, especially when gaming while the rest of the house is streaming. The 2.5G port let me actually take advantage of my multi‑gig fiber, and my speed tests barely dip even in the far bedroom. Just remember it’s not a modem—once I paired it with my existing cable modem, the whole 2,000 sq. ft. house was covered with strong, stable signal.
